Growing steel fabrication and erection company in Columbus Ohio looking for safety conscious, hardworking, dedicated, organized, experienced shop foreman to supervise 5-6 people.
Duties:
- Oversees complete fabrication of structural steel/misc., and ornamental steel needed for construction and industrial projects.
- Oversees fabrication, painting, shipping/receiving, quality control, employees' time cards, maintenance of shop equipment, weekly shop and safety meetings, inventory.
- Opens and closes facility daily.
- Works directly with the Project Manager and Field Manager.
Requirements:
- Valid Drivers License Required.
- OT required. (45-50 a week)
- 10 years of experience at least is required.
